Extension-Konfiguration holen.
Kommen aus der ``LocalConfiguration.php``, werden über die Extension-Einstellungen
im Backend bzw. ``ext_conf_template.txt`` definiert

Früher: ``$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['EXT']['extConf']['your_extension_key']``
