Get localization for a specific key

Uses the translations specified in the ``xlf`` of an extension.
These files are located by default in ``EXT:extname/Resources/Private/Language/locallang.xlf``
or ``EXT:extname/Resources/Private/Language/en.locallang.xlf`` for the respective translation.
